业务区域经理
 
岗位要求：
1. 必须有3年以上家具同岗经验，无家具行业背景不考虑
2. 大专以上学历，受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训
3. 熟悉内销市场运作及管理的模式，具备较强新品牌营销推广能力
4. 具备渠道管理实战经验，市场规划能力强，敏锐度高，目标意识强
5. 可适应出差
 
 
岗位职责：
1、 与客户沟通，了解销售情况，服务客户；
2、 落实新店装修指导及验收、经销商培训指导、帮扶销商做各种促销活动、配货及管理运营工作，积极完成销售指标；
3、 定期、不定期巡查负责区域内门店，了解门店经营状况，及时掌握各店的销售情况，及时发现问题，并针对问题给出解决方案；
4、 在与经销商工作中遇到无法解决的问题，应联系有关部门妥善解决；
5、 负责收集一线营销信息和经销商意见，对公司销售策略、售后服务、产品改进提出参考意见；
6、 对客户订单的完成及出货的跟踪，产品的生产进度的跟进；
7、 区域数据的统计及分析，区域业绩的提升。
 
 
薪资：5000-12000

MLM are based in Dalingshan Town,Dongguan, which has more than 100 direct employees in Dongguan central office, and over 50 people in other functional office of Hebei (Langfang)/ Anji/Hangzhou.
