职位描述

The purpose of this role is to manage payroll and compensation & benefit structure to ensure that compensation and benefits are compliance and payroll process is well managed.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS(岗位职责)

  1. Payroll Management
  2. Coordinates closely with HR team, Management/third party information providers and service providers to ensure all data affecting payroll is efficiently captured within established deadlines.
  3. Make sure the payroll calculation compliance with external and internal standards and polices.
  4. Maintain ERP system on all compensation & benefit, and staffing changes
  5. Take full responsibility of the payroll data collection and review, such as severance calculation, salary adjustment data, benefits data, attendance record, OT, etc.
  6. Review payroll and arrange payment timely.
  7. Administrate on social benefits transfer, maternity insurance balance calculations

and etc.

  • Monthly income tax filing and payment on time.
  • Work closely with the Finance team and other teams on payroll reporting or data

consolidation.

  1. Compensation & Benefit Management
  2. Supports and provides guidance on the compensation design for the related cities or area to ensure that it is in line with the relevant HR Standards.
  3. Responsible for the timely package generation process and is able to explain package components to employees and/or management.
  4. Conducts relevant market salary surveys and maintain salary structure to be competitiveness.
  5. Assists HR Managers with the annual merit process and C&B policies and procedures.
  6. Coordinates communication of compensation and policy related issues.

Maintains a working knowledge of government legislation influencing compensation.

WORKING EXPERIENCE (years, functions…) (工作经历:年限, 职能等)

  • At least 5 years experience in payroll and benefits related field.
  • Working experience in MNC would be preferred.
  • Effective communication and influencing skill

  • Good English language skill, familiar with Excel, outlook, PPT, knowledge on

  • Be able to maintain confidentiality of personal information
管理工资和薪酬福利结构,以确保薪酬和福利符合和工资流程管理良好。
  • 与人力资源小组、管理/第三方信息提供者和服务提供者密切协调,确保在规定期限内有效获取影响薪金的所有数据。
  • ?确保工资计算符合外部和内部标准及政策。
  • ?维护所有薪酬福利及员工变动的 erp 系统
  • ?全面负责收集及审核薪酬数据,例如遣散费计算、薪酬调整数据、福利数据、考勤记录等
  • ?及时审核薪酬及安排付款。管理社会福利转移,生育保险余额计算等每月所得税申报及按时缴纳。与财务团队和其他团队在薪资报告或数据整合方面密切合作。薪酬福利管理对相关城市或地区的薪酬设计提供支持和指导,确保薪酬设计符合相关的人力资源标准。负责及时的包装生成过程,并能够向员工和/或管理层解释包装组成部分。
  • ?进行相关的市场薪酬调查,并维持薪酬结构以提高竞争力。
  • ?协助人力资源经理完成年度绩效考核流程和薪酬福利政策及程序。
  • * 协调薪酬和政策相关问题的沟通。 对影响补偿的政府立法有实际了解。
任职要求
  1. 至少5年工资和福利相关领域的工作经验。?有跨国公司工作经验者优先;
  2. 有效的沟通和影响技能?培养人才的能力?强烈的责任感?独立工作和团队合作的能力;
  3. 熟悉薪酬福利和人力资源相关法律法规; 良好的英语表达能力,熟悉 excel,展望,ppt,人力资源模块知识;
  4. 注重细节,逻辑性强,善于分析; 有解决问题的能力;
  5. 良好的沟通/说服/协调能力; 有处理冲突和突发事件的能力;
  6. 有保密个人信息的能力
