职位描述
Position:PEX Coach
Role and responsibilities:
1. Support PEX transformation partner and coaches in conducting Kaizen belt training and post training coaching
2. Support the PEX transformation partner on piloting concepts, creating standards and practices
3. Mentors GB for certification & conducts Kaizen Belt training and post training coaching for certification
4. Acts as a coach to the Team leaders on the floor
5. Conduct employee training to instill PEX practices at the front line
6. Carry out PEX engagement initiatives like center wide Kaizen program
7. Manages PEX communication and connects through Promos, Newsletter, PEX Grand prix, PEX day etc Support the GSC in building and sustaining PEX competencies required in the business process through training, coaching and certifications
8. Mentors cross function site projects on case to case basis.
9. Acts as a role model and coach regarding the use of PEX tools, methodology and application in the process
Position Specification:
1. A Black belt certified or trained with over all 6 -10 years with 1 to 2 years of Post BB certification or 2 to 4 years of post GB certification.
2. Engineering or Management graduate, preferably with a strong technical background /aptitude to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs
3. Experience from a similar position in a BPO and manufacturing entity
4. Strong coaching and facilitation skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized
5. Visionary, innovative and dynamic
6. Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure
7. High analytical / problem-solving skills
Technical skills:
1. Exceptional understanding of the Lean/Six Sigma toolbox (Maersk Improvement Model)
2. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact and pilot the stated processes and frameworks
3. Ability to coach and develop Team leaders and staff
4. Ability to influence without authority
5. Strong facilitation and coaching
6. Ability to listen, observe and critically evaluate all parts of what (s)he does
Learning description
1. Analytical Ability: The ability to systematically think through a problem. It implies the ability of an individual to identify patterns in seemingly unconnected events and the ability to understand a situation by breaking it into smaller pieces and tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step way. It includes organizing the parts of a problem or situation in a systematic way.
2. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to deal with various people and to build professional relationships. Being diplomatic in approach, understanding the attitudes, interests, needs and perspectives of others; ability to listen to others viewpoint. Ability to get things done from others in a friendly but firm manner.
3. Oral / Written Communication :Ability to articulate and put forth ones viewpoint and understand others messages effectively and clearly. This may involve: verbal, non-verbal, written and/or electronic messages.

Self starting & proactive than reactive steadfastly pushes self & others for successfully achieving if not exceeding targets. Utilizes the given facts effectively, thinks beyond the obvious, does a cost benefit analysis & comes up with the final result.
