职位描述

Responsibilities (What we need from you!)

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from hunting potential customer, initial engagement to closed and onboarding.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand, acting as the first point of contact for company clients.
  • Effectively close new businesses through the development of your own and corporate leads generation by different channels (direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking)
  • Contact and follow up on customer prospects via telephone, email, social networks, in-person (considering local & international travels), participation in exhibitions, events, etc.
  • Identify and map Key Accounts and generate repeat / referral business, Proactively develop professional networks.
  • Prioritize daily activities and update information on CRM, considering sales progress.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Nuvola solutions, according to the needs and objectives of the client.
  • Provide complete training on the Nuvola platform, its adoption and support for new and existing clients.
  • Identified opportunities to improve onboarding process.
  • Manage all support and help channels of the company for dealing with client requests. Escalate issues to the Technical team when necessary, and verify technical fixes from the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Report to the management team periodically on lead, targets, client acquisition status, status of onboarding processes, and others.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Track Industry: Technology trends / Chain developments / Ownership developments / Upcoming builds.
  • Lead sales strategy, to meet the sales goal & profitability in accordance with the company targets.
  • Form, manage and lead the sales team, and support them in the development of their functions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and results in B2B sales processes of SaaS platform solutions (or other software)
  • Demonstrable knowledge in sales process management in specific territories (planning, prospect tracking and closing)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and sales quotas.
  • Experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Business results oriented.
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure, be pro-active. Must be willing to, and capable of, working from home.
  • Great organizational, managerial, and personal skills to communicate and negotiate successfully with internal and external clients.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Excellent work ethic, technological adoption, self-motivation, maintaining a hunger to learn and succeed.
  • Willing to travel. Extensive travel is expected locally. Some International travel may also expect. Move or travel to demonstrate and follow up with potential clients

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field is required. 4 years degree required
  • Languages: Chinese, English
  • Additional languages will be noted as a major plus

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years +
  • Hospitality experience is a plus. Candidate with working experience in Hotel (Operations) would be an advantage.
  • Software’s sales experience is a plus. Candidate with working experience selling software would be an advantage.
  • Experience hosting exciting webinars/presentations is a plus
