该职位归属于Marketing分支部门，需要配合Marketing Retail Supervisor执行公司制定的销售战略及工作重心；通过开发新客户完成各项销售指标；维护并加强与现有客户之间的关系，降低客户流失率；及时反应市场信息和客户需求  

  

岗位职责：  

  

1、积极开发新客户，扩大市场占有率
2、不断寻找销售线索，完成公司制定的销售任务
3、及时将公司的最新服务与活动在客户中进行推广，加强与客户之间的沟通，寻求合作机会

4、配合各种项目的开展并对实施情况做好相应的支持工作

5、收集并分析市场信息，特别是竞争对手的情况，及时调整销售策略
6、快速有效地解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉及建议，提升客户满意度

7、建立并维护与现有客户之间的良好关系

8、确保按照标准流程及操作要求收取和派送快件

  

任职要求：  

1、大专或以上学历

2、一年以上销售运营/销售支持/商务助理相关工作经验

3、熟练使用办公软件WORD/EXCEL/PPT

4、性格开朗，待人热情，具备良好的语言表达能力

5、高度的责任心以及优秀的团队合作精神

6、良好的适应能力，积极主动的工作态度
