工作职责:

1.负责生产设备和周边设备的维修及保养，保证设备的正常运行；

2.负责编制设备的维修保养计划；

3.负责设备新项目的前期方案审查，安装调试及验收；

4.针对设备重复性故障和重大故障进行分析改善，制定预防措施，改善设备的故障率；

5.对本部门人员进行技术支持，提升团队技术能力；

6.备件管理，预算控制

任职资格:

1.大专及以上学历，机电一体化，机械相关专业；

2.7年以上非标设备维修经验，熟练掌握电子电路知识，熟悉机械原理，熟悉各种电气元件；

3.精通PLC控制，如西门子/欧姆龙，伺服控制，人机界面，可以快速排查问题及程序改善；

4.丰富的设备故障动手经验，熟悉设备TMP管理体系；

5.英语读写良好
