天弘全球研发设计中心（上海）

Duties:

1. Develop the full signal integrity solution and process the pre-simulation and post- simulation for high end computing system applications
2. Provide structural analysis, at component  and system level, using high-speed signal integrity and simulation analysis software tools.
3. To find and resolve the potential design issues for signal reflection,  crosstalk and noises problems - Support Electrical Engineers in high-speed      signal designs & layouts. The major efforts include:

     a)Presents a methodology for determining how many layers will be required  to route a printed circuit board 

     b)Offers useful formulae for inductance, capacitance, resistance, rise time etc....

     c)Raises/explains the trade-offs between signal crosstalk, mechanical fabrication of tolerances, and trace routing density.

Requirements:

1. Master Degree or Above，Knowledge of electromagnetic fields, digital circuits, input/output circuits,  interconnection modelling are required.

2. Experience with high frequency signalling, package design, and electrical modelling  & simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS , HSPICE and SPECCTRAQuest SI      Expert (will be a plus).

3. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, verbal and written.
