Key Responsibilities Will Include:   

• Lead teams and coordinate daily activities of purchasing, compliant production and quality management and support Product Development and sourcing for China and Vietnam regions.
• Maintain, manage, develop processes and KPIs and record and monitor with clear data to ensure measurable and consistent, high performance from the teams.
• Monitor the QC team taking in-line inspection, trouble shooting and prevent major issues happening in final inspection. Address any potential problems from factories and fix them immediately Identify key areas of concern by clients, team, order, supplier product quality and take necessary action to correct
• Understands the customer's market and needs.
• Maintain productive and positive relationships with factories and colleagues. Partner with Product Development on factory selection or new supplier sourcing as required.
• Leading the process set up & implementation for regional sourcing, range development, supply chain efficiency improvement.
• Identify, quantify, qualify, and implement cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead weekly meeting, ensuring best practices and coaching team to improve communication, planning and process. Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews.
• Curious, Alert, Responsive and Resourceful in leading quality and supplier management continuous improvement and solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:    

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field
• 10+ years proven experience in general and/or operations management of teams in China, Vietnam, furniture experience a plus;
• Expert knowledge of Compliance, Manufacturing processes, furniture development and quality processes.
• Know how to manage and develop complex processes. Strong project management and organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge of project governance processes including risk management techniques
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially excel), Office365 and working with different systems to retrieve and analyze data
• Leadership ability with Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent ability to take on responsibility and assume ownership and get things done through leadership, collaboration and performance management;
• Excellent at maintaining a level head under pressure and in challenging situations and to prioritize, as well as recognize and implement long term and short-term plans.
• Excellent communicator and fluent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Mandarin Chinese.
