• Coordinate with product developer to ship the new samples to customer
• Visit supplier with product developer for sample checking if needed. Help product developer to check the samples and create the sample inspection report .  Sample package may needed in the office.
• Create Meeting notes after supplier visit or phone meeting .write comments feedback for customer ‘s report.
• Place sample order /Tool order in the ERP system according to information given by product developer
• Set up new items in the ERP system. Operate the shipping documents in ERP system with shipping department .
• Sourcing specific supplier /product information per request from product developer .

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in international trading ,Industry design or other Engineering major
• Strong  interest in design Furniture Industry .
• Excellent communication skills, Focus on details and willing to learn new things.
• PC skills such as MS words, excel, power point is a must. But  AutoCAD, Solidworks , Rhino or other 2D/3D software will be preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
