1、地产投资项目拓展，市场信息收集分析，落实项目洽谈；
2、根据拟投资项目的情况编制项目可行性报告、项目建议书、模型和投资报告；
3、对成都及周边一二线城市空置土地、住宅类、综合体类、写字楼类等地产情况进行估值；
4、项目投资测算，风险分析，参与投资项目的谈判，设计投资方案及合作条款；
5、参与与地方政府、战略客户进行项目投资谈判工作，完成项目投资的协议文本；
6、负责对已投项目进行包括但不限于财务跟踪、实物监控在内的进度管理等，及时提出业务拓展和管理改进的建议；
7、投资接洽、客户拜访及外联关系维护工作。

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，房地产、经济管理相关专业；
2、5年以上房地产企业投资开发相关工作经验；
3、熟悉了解国内经济发展趋势，对政府房地产政策有清晰的判断力，对国内区域经济发展规划有深入理解；
4、熟悉房地产项目前期开发、投资的有关流程；具备良好的投资分析及投资估值专业知识；
5、目标区域（成都非中心区域及四川地级市）有良好的人际关系维护能力和对外沟通能力；
6、敏锐快捷的市场反应能力，沟通能力强，适应短期出差，富有工作激情，有丰富的社会资源。
