PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Follow SOP and project management process to conduct the project review with all concerned parties.
2. Project signoff to ensure smooth transition of new projects from PM to operation team.
3. Project feasibility study and cost survey.
4. Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.
5. Assist Project manager for Projects weekly and monthly report accomplish including milestone, risk, OTD with project summary.
6. Small project management including project setting up, construction acceptance and handover.
7. Follow the project handover process, submit the handover document on time and in good quality.
8. Ensure project construction work follow customer and company EHS policy.
9. Good cooperation and project handover with JLL operation team.
10. Assist the maintenance contract sighing and CCR.
11. Site all NC project typing into Project tracker
12. Project documents management including inspection, documents integrity checking, making sure all the project documents were submitted on time.

1. Minimum 3 years project working experience.
2. Mechanical, HVAC, electrical related background and ability.
3. College or above
4. Excellent troubleshooting knowledge and skills
5. Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office, Auto cad.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills
7. Customer service focus, attention to detail and process orientation
8. Fluent verbal and written English skills.
