Production Engineering Manager 生产工程经理

Main Job Duties 主要职责：

1.Lead and manage the team of production engineering department and its subordinates, including responsibility to prioritize and assign the work, to conduct performance evaluations, to ensure the subordinate have adequate skills to do the task and can follow the policies and work procedures, to maintain a healthy and safe working environment, make disciplinary decisions and recommendations. Implement KPI for the team as well as involve in Salary decisions.

领导并管理生产工程部门，包括对各级下属工作的分配，工作绩效的评估指导，确保下属拥有完成工作的各项技能并遵守工作制度和工作流程。维护健康安全的工作环境，制定纪律，提出建议。为团队制定KPI考核指标，参与部门薪酬决议。

2.Is proficient in Tool and fixture design, manufacturing and assembly processes, especially in the areas of Injection molding, cable assembly, electronic assembly and simple automation, keeps up to date with newest technologies and development in the area of manufacturing components.

精通模具及治具的设计、生产和组装工艺，尤其是在注模、线材装配、电子装配和简单自动化领域，在部件生产方面保持采用最新的技术和工艺。

3.Ensures that the PE department fulfill its daily tasks:

确认生产工程部门完成日常工作：

?ensuring product quality both in day-to-day assembly and overall reliability

保证产品质量（日常装配及整体可靠性）。

?Design jigs/fixtures and select machines that ensure materials are produced efficiently and conform to expectation and specification.

设计治具，选择设备，确保材料有效利用并符合期望和规格要求。

?Organize and drive OI Maker in developing work flow process for manufacturing assembly lines

组织和指引OI制订者为生产线设计工艺流程。

?Translate all technical releases to shop packages that include special material, machines, tooling, or processes

翻译所有技术资料，包括特殊材料、设备、模具及流程等。

?Continuous improvement of existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, reduced fallout and cost savings.

持续改善现有工作，以提高质量和生产力，降低损耗，节约成本。

?Liaise with suppliers on manufacturing processes, train their staff, and establish production protocol on new development processes and technology

和供应商沟通生产流程，提供培训，为新开发的工艺和技术达成生产协议。

?Invent and design the tools for the machines used in the manufacturing process and ensuring the parts work properly to produce quality products

研发设计生产过程中设备需要的治具，并确保配件正常工作，能产出高质量的产品。

?Prepares special engineering studies and reports; conducts comprehensive studies for assessing facility conditions and needed level of maintenance

研究特殊工程，提供报告；综合研究评估设备状况及其必要的维修状态。

?Design/Implement the yearly and monthly maintenance plan, including machine and facility to ensure the machine and facility in proper condition. Identify ways to reduce the cost of maintenance and power and water

拟定/执行年度及月度的设备及设施维护计划，确保设备设施状态正常。提出降低维护成本，节约水电费的方案。

4.Good coordination with other departments, especially R&D Engineering, Quality and Production also during product design phase. Communication with Customers on a case to case basis in coordination with the Operation manager.

在产品设计过程中积极配合其他部门，尤其是研发部、质量部和生产部。与运营经理积极协作，和客户积极沟通。

5.Provide technical expertise to the team, also pursues continuous improvement within the team.

对整个团队提供专业技术指导，带领团队持续改善和进步。

6.Support higher management for other special projects and perform planned activities as directed by operations manager.

协助高层的其他特殊项目，在运营经理的指导下完成计划。

Personal Qualifications 任职资格：

1.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

理科学士学位，电气工程/工业工程/机械工程专业

2.Good project management and proven cross-functional team leading or cooperating skills.

良好的项目管理能力、团队领导力和沟通技巧

3.Able to read and understand drawings, materials, and manufacturability at an advanced level.

精通图纸、材料和生产力

4.Able to read and write English with good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

读写英语良好，电脑技能良好(Excel, Word, PPT)

5.CAD or 3D modeling system operation knowledge at an advanced level for jigs, assembly tools, and machines.

具有较高的夹具、装配治具和设备的CAD或3D模拟系统操作知识

6.Knowledge of sheet metal working, plastics processing and plastic properties, thermoplastic moldings and extrusions, Die Casting, Crimping, Punching, and assembly applied technology.

具有钣金加工、注塑工艺和塑料特性、热塑性模塑和挤出成型、压铸、压接、冲压、组装应用技术方面的知识

7.Able to think spatially and creatively at an advanced level.

能在更高水平上创造性地思考

8.Possesses good experience in performing calculation and setting internal standards and guidelines.

9.Ability to analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety.

10.Good sense of cost control and confidentiality.

14.In depth knowledge and experience of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Lean Manufacturing techniques and disciplines

精通设计失效模式及效果分析(DEFEA)、故障模式和影响分析(FMEA)、先进产品质量计划(APQP)、生产零件审批流程(PPAP)和精益生产技术和准则

15.Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production
