职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Working with designer and manufacturer to review new product design, create qualification plan

- Work with manufacturer for qualification test setup and follow up test to meet test schedule.

- Follow up qualification test result at each NPI stage and driving for improvement if issues found during test.

- Evaluate and provide test jig requirements to good fit with products for more accurate test setup.

- Build up quality standards (quality control points and inspection procedure) during NPI stage to have a good quality control transition to MP.

- Conduct IPQC and OQC inspection audit during MP stage according to production schedule. Perform ORT test.  Driving problem solving and verify improvement action.


Requirements:

- Over 8 years quality experience in household and electrical products in charge of design quality and MP quality control

- Good knowledge and understanding in product structure, assembly process, be familiar in design qualification standard, rich experience in design review, qual test setup and follow up, NPI stage gate point setup.

- Good quality control knowledge. Familiar with quality tools, and quality control processes. IQC, IPQC, OQC, ORT, etc.

- Has test jig and fixture design experience will be prefer.

- Good communication skill between internal and external to achieve the goal.

- Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.

- Aggressive, Self-motivated, proactive and quick response. 

- Capable to work under pressure.
