Key Account Manager
NCAB Group is one of the leading PCB suppliers in Europe and USA, listed in Nasdaq/OMX stock exchange in Stockholm. The company was founded in 1993 and has companies in 16 countries in all over the world and now a turnover of 200(M) EUR. Our products are mainly manufactured in China where we have an organisation for strategic purchase and Factory Management focusing on quality control and continuous development of our factories.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Investigate companies within the electronic sector in search of potential customers for NCAB Group.
Customer relations.
Prepare customer visits.
Make customer visits.
Make sales calls to already existing customers and new potential ones.
Make quote follow-ups with customer.
Use sales tools established for NCAB Group sales persons, for example presentation material, agenda and account plan.
Register all activities and relevant information obtained regarding already existing customers and new potential ones through customer visits, sales calls, quote check up′s etc in CRM System.
Update corresponding Customer Support Representative after every customer visits about the obtained information, changes, agreements, project etc.
Decide price level for every customer and project in collaboration with corresponding Customer Support Representative.
Making and sending out quotations to customers when necessary
Consult with MD in cases where setting credit limits or payment terms exceeds the terms as defined within the Finance Policy 7.5.1.
Maintain all parties affected informed about market changes and customer news.
In case of suspicion or information about critical liquidity or economical situation of an already existing customer or potential one this information should be transmitted immediately to manager in order to affect an economical study of the company before accepting new orders or making new quotations.
Consult manager on claims where value is significant
WHO ARE YOU?
You have at least 3 years experience from successful B2B sales in PCB industrial and some kind of documented sales education. Experience from the PCB business as seen as a merit.
You are target focused with a strong will to develop and deliver results.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
It is easy for you to build new relations and maintain them.
You are result oriented, outgoing and enjoy taking initiatives.
You are accurate and structured in your work
Engineering background is prefer
