Objectives:

Responsible for global scope business performance reporting & analysis based on topline in multi dimensions (including product line, channel, region, competition type, period etc.), provide regular and ad-hoc business analysis to support decision making for regional leaders. Conduct Business Growth Initiatives Programs daily management and data analysis to build reports, as well as platform enhancement and optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and insightful reports and dashboards;
• Support data integration for CRM tool pipeline and Onboarding New Programs and develop data analysis methodology.
• Responsible for data quality control of Business Growth Initiative Program actual revenue tracking.
• Focus on Business Growth Initiative Programs day to day management;
• Assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes;
• Other Ad-hoc data analysis to support business growth;
• Participate in Business Growth Program platform optimization and CRM tool data migration;
• Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

-          Data Driven, high level analytical skills.

-          Self-starter, disciplined and process-driven, motivated to learn and expand skill sets;

-          Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions;

-          Fluency in oral and written English;

-          Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power point, and Power BI

Education & Experience:

-          Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent;

-          Prefer to have 1-2 years of experience in data/sales/financial analysis.
