As the Consumer Intelligence & Activation Team is an integrated function with both centralized and dispersed resource. This role will work very closely with multiple departments, colleagues and stakeholders to help them to achieve their goals, Consumer Intelligence & Activation Team’s goals and shared common goals.
? This role will be responsible for the building out the teams, establishing and putting in place processes and setting and implementing the overall strategy and approach to our consumer journeys and how we both enable and optimize them, use data to enable consumer journeys and enable completely personalized and inspiring experiences, and as well as work closely with the team, internal departments and third-party partners to monitor and understand consumer experiences and bring together multiple sources to enable our consumer experience and build single unified views of our consumers.
? Data will flow in multiple directions to and from the platforms this role puts together and manage and cut across both our owned channels and third-party channels including things like mobile apps, online communities, retail stores, hospitals, e-commerce partners, email, text messages, digital advertising campaigns, digital payment processes, media partners and many, many more.
? This role will be consistently optimizing how data is used to deliver better and better consumer experiences, user journeys, revenue and profitability.
? Leads set-up of the team, specification of roles, departmental co-operation
? Ensure departmental KPI’s are set and achieved
? Ensures team performance standards
? Delivers ‘Formula for Success’
任职要求:
? An obsession with consumer behavior and user journeys
? Strong understanding of the role of data in personalized marketing and user journeys
? Good understanding of the complexity of data management and how data can be deployed at scale to enable personalized marketing and consumer experiences
? Strong understanding of the emerging omni-channel eco-system
? Passion for consumer experiences and how data enables them
? Deep interest in online platforms and how they enable consumer interactions
? A fascination with technology and how it can be integrated to enable marketing
? Strong understanding of how platforms like a DMP, CRM, CDP & DSP can work together and integrate with other technology platforms and partners to house and deploy data
? Understanding of media planning and buying and content delivery and relevant industry best practices, KPI’s and changing landscape
? Able to organize and differentiate high volumes of data and present and make available in creative and flexible ways
? Ability to learn new technologies and platforms independently
? Ability to spot key trends and new industry developments
? Inquisitive and investigative mindset with a desire to learn
? Positive attitude with an appreciation for and adherence to personal integrity
? Strong process creation and implementation skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent preferably with major in marketing, communications or another related fields.
Experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience working with data, user journey enablement and consumer experiences;
- At least 10 years’ experience in a marketing related function or business.
