HR & Admin Manager  

    

Our client is a MNC industrial company with robust business growth. They are now looking for a new HR & Admin Manager based in Shenzhen to join them to fruther enhance the HR function and support their business to new heights. 

    

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round HR operation, including compensation & benefits, staffing & resourcing and learning & development for offices in different provinces
• Lead a small team of HR & office administration, including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, office equipment maintenance and stationeries etc.
• Be responsible for internal communication and stakeholder management
• Work with management team to review and analyse organisation productivity and provide professional advice according to the business needs

     

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience gained from sizeable organisation
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance and business practices in China
• Strong skillset in problem solving, project management and communication
• Eagerness in driving new initiatives and implementing policies in fast-paced environment
• Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
