( Travel among Guangzhou, Jiangmen and Shenzhen cities ) 

Responsibilities and Duties

The Quality Manager duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Develop KPIs, test plans, test methods, and inspection plans for finished goods and key components

· Ensure key suppliers’ quality documentation is in place.

· Perform finished good and component level qualifications.

· Oversee factory audits for current and potential suppliers.

· Manage 3rd party production inspections.

· Ensure product shipments meet quality and performance expectations.

· Develop and manage quality issue tracking database.

· Tracking, and periodic reporting of quality issues.

· Participate in product development process to ensure final design can meet quality and performance expectations.

· Participate in the FMEA process for new products.

Qualifications

· Detail knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, and PPAP processes and documentation

· Familiarity with US retailers’ supplier qualification and audit processes/requirements.

· Extreme attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills.

· English: reading/writing is required. Verbal English is preferred.

· University graduate with degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar major

· At least 10 years work experience in the home appliances or similar industry

· At least 3 years experience leading a team

. Willing to travel among Guangzhou, Jiangmen and Shenzhen city.
