1. To work with Signal integrity engineer or mechanical engineer to transfer the electromagnetic 3D model into PCB model that severs for local customer or create PCB model into ODB++ file for fully model EM simulation

能够根据结构工程师提供的三维模型，提取出有效和准确的模型尺寸，并以此构筑出电路板中库的元件封装元件，提供给客户参考和调用，并能无误的输出ODB++文件供电磁仿真或者参考。

2. High frequency and high-speed edge card circuit board design for Test and measurement cable assembly, RF evaluation test board or system board design and layout, schematic created with Pads logic or designer, Decal creating and editing in library, critical Signal end or differential pair trace layout optimization

用于测试测量的射频电路，高速数字电路设计，包括射频电路评估板，无源/有缘电缆高速电路设计，系统板设计和布局，能熟练使用Mentor Pads 电路板设计软件，原理图设计完成，封装元件库，关键元件的封装的优化设计以满足信号完整性要求。

3. Discontinuity test board to support types of connector or cable assembly mechanical or environment test, choose proper test method embedded in the board that acquire accurate connector contact resistance data

产品设计需要设计相关的电路板来支持满足元器件测试，或者系统功能性测试，可靠性测试，耐压测试，环境测试。

4. Generate the correct format Gerber file or ODB++ file that fit for board house better understanding and manufacture, negotiated with board supplier or PCBA supplier and figure out the engineering question with them.

电路板设计的输出的制造文件必须有效，无误，适合加工，同时负责协调与PCB或者PCBA的供应商的技术沟通和工程问题解答。

5. Data correlation: RF Eval board plus connector or cable assembly measurement data vs simulation data

负责射频电路板，高速连接器，高速电缆的仿真数据与真实测试数据的相关性分析，总结归纳差异找到变异的主要原因。

6. As an electronic technology leader to communicate the relevant product testing requirements with the US electronic design team and make the product electrical performance test plan and product test standards according to the product's environment of application.

作为电子方面的技术沟通担当同美国电子设计团队沟通相关产品测试要求，根据产品的应该环境制定产品电气性能测试计划和制定产品测试标准。

7. Perform signal integrity test for engineering sample and get the fully report to be better support new product development and improvement, engineering sample failure analysis and troubleshooting.

工程样品的信号完整性测试，数据报告来反馈产品的性来决定产品设计或者制程是否需要进一步优化，指导制程工程师对电气性能不良的分析和问题解决。

8. According to the relevant test plans and test standards, complete the verification, report, and evaluation of the electrical performance stability and consistency of high-speed cables.

根据相关的测试计划和测试标准，完成高速线缆的电气性能稳定性和一致性的验证，报告，评估。

9. Collaborate test team and propose effective improvement plans for product testing methods and optimizes test method, to provide product process engineers with theoretical knowledge of electronic technologies such as RF to effectively control key process in product manufacturing processes.

协同测试组对产品测试方法提出有效的改善方案并进行优化，为产品工艺工程师提供RF等电子技术理论知识从而对产品生产工艺的关键环节进行有效的控制。

10. Align with US team, work together with them and start to do 3D module EM simulation/optimization on RF connector/circuit board/etc.

和美国团队一致设计要求并进行产品信号仿真工作关于射频连接器/电路板等的3维电磁仿真工作

11. Actively participate in COS and Continuous improvement activities

积极参与COS和持续改善活动.

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent

电子工程或者相关专业本科毕业

2. At least 5 years’ design experience on high speed digital and RF field

至少在高速射频和数字信号传输产品设计工作至少5年以上

3. Be able to understand 3D step file and can read 2D mechanical drawing so that convert it to component footprint as PCB format and board outline

能读懂3D结构图，对2D工程图的准确理解并能准确应用到电路板设计上，使之匹配完好

4. Be proficient with PCB design Mentor Pads, Pads logic, Pads Router

能熟练运用PCB设计软件，Mentor 系列，有电路板设计项目的经验

5. Be familiar with circuit board building process is a plus.

熟练电路板加工制造的流程和工艺优先

6. Be familiar with different kinds of test equipment operation: LCR meter, Hi-Pot tester, Oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA/PNA, etc

熟练掌握各种电子测试设备的测试操作，包括各种示波器，时域分析仪，网络分析仪器，LCR机，频谱分析仪器等

7. With good signal integrity knowledge to understand transmission line, coax cable, Twinax cable, digital connector

对传输线，同轴电缆，差分电缆，数字连接器的结构和传输原理有相当的理解，并且对线缆的加工工艺有深刻的了解.

8. Preferred with good power integrity knowledge to support Oscilloscopes probe electrical design

10. With circuit board or connector 3D model EM simulation experience is preferred

11. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
