Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports.

- Finance system maintenance and assist in resolving finance system problem raised by the users.

- Prepare and review the financial accounts, budget, cashflow, forecast, jobs costing, taxation, reports & analyses

- Handle statutory audit, tax and filing in accordance with PRC laws and regulations

- Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting, taxation, financing or business related matters

- Monitor the internal control, accounting procedures and corporate reporting standards to ensure compliance

- Manage ad-hoc project and system enhancement in line with business growth

Education & Knowledge, Experience & Skills required

• University graduate with bachelor degree in accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry is an advantage
• Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Able to handle multi tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in using AS400 or Hyperion (HFM)
• Basic understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
