职位描述



The role is focused on market related quality issue management, charge for product’s artwork quality management in order to support the compliance.

    

This will include:

(一)Artwork System Management:

        

Lead & ensure compliance of quality in artwork approval process for Foods, Refreshment &Hair category

    

1.Zero A/B/C Incident in China artwork related

    

2.Make sure 100% compliance and OTIF in daily artwork approval on blue system

        

3.Collect the near miss data found in artwork checking so that we can track it better

QUICK & RIGHT-Artwork PMD SMART Management: Make artwork approve process more efficient to meet China speed


1.Integration all category scenario of making and filling and barcode owner confirmation; (F&R &Hair completed) 

2.Lock PMD before BLUE approval (per project team align)                                              

    

    

(二) Barcode Management System:

    

Barcode application & Barcode risk assessment for Foods & Refreshment:

    1.Ensure 100% compliance and  OTIF in daily barcode application for business and timely submit in State  Barcode GS1 System  


2.Improve Regulatory knowledge, skill & technical knowledge in Foods& Refreshment for better assessment barcode change

3.For this specific role within the Go-to-Market Quality team, we are looking for a person, who can actively support the business grown, have consumer insights, digital mindset, and basic compliance knowledges.

    

The role reports directly to the Go-to-Market Quality Manager.

    

Key Responsibilities:

    

1.Deploys UL Quality strategy, governance and goals through specific projects and targets (Strategy)

    

2.Support business, work with functional as one team, to give the valuable input.

    

3.Stakeholder management

Academic background in engineering/quality management or other technical discipline

Experience Required

ESSENTIAL:

1-3 years’ experience in Quality, FMCG
