Responsibilities:

• 1. Received new orders from customers, placed orders in the system, followed up the sending and signing back of SC&PO

  2. Follow up the production schedule of the factory, update relevant forms and report abnormal situations in time

  3. Follow up the bulk office and make an appointment by email

  4. Arranged and booked shipping space, followed up the factory's shipment, and made shipment documents

  5. Arrange deduction/collection

  6. Follow up other matters assigned by superiors

  7. Experience in e-commerce is preferred

              

Job Requirements:

• 1. College degree or above in foreign trade, logistics, supply chain management, etc.

  
  

  2. Good command of English, able to handle/read and write daily English materials and emails

  
  

  3. Have relevant working experience

  
  

  4. Can accept and work under pressure

  
  

  Can accept the company's deployment

职责:

1.  收到客户新订单，系统下单，跟进SC&PO的发送及回签

2.  跟进工厂的生产进度，及时更新相应表格及汇报异常情况

3.  跟进大货办并电邮预约客人验货

4.  安排订舱，跟进工厂出货，制作出货文件

5.  安排扣/收款项

6.  跟进上级交待的其它事项

有电商工作经验优先考虑

        

工作要求:

1.    外贸，物流、供应链管理等相关专业大专以上学历;

2.    英语良好，可自行处理/读写日常英文资料及电邮

3.    有相应的工作经验

4.    能接受压力并有承担压力的能力
