4. Develop product process mapping with team

5. Lead design/drawing review and Process Mapping with QE, PE, technician etc.

6. Works with Tooling&fixture engineer or PE to develop toolings and fixtures, participating in design reviews and qualification

7. Review test requirement and test plan(Reliability test) with test engineer or QE

8.Develop PFMEA with team

9.Lead prototype build and process verification,follow up FA build and lead to resolve issues related testing, fit, reliability,etc.Summarizing and follow up open actions

10.Release Part Approval Sheet,ensure all critical requirements are identified and inspected at incoming inspection

11.Create and manage ECO process, follow up ECO implementation, assesses the cost impact of customer changes to develop a cost estimate for sales

13.Provides technical support to Customer or Sales,CS,buyer, Custom, etc.

14.Works closely with CS and purchasing team to ensure RFQ’s are completed on time and obstacles are identified and resolved

15.Interprets customer drawings, specifications and workmanship standards to develop a quote Bill of Material for customer assemblies requiring cost estimates

16.Develops certifiable labor estimate for quoted assemblies utilizing labor template, personal expertise, and production coordination if necessary

20.Assists Carlisle IT purchasing in supplier source selection/evaluation. Works with suppliers to ensure Carlisle IT is meeting customer specifications

21.Works with Carlisle IT New Product Development department when necessary, to aid Carlisle IT and customer in developing a manufacturable solution

经验及学历要求：

Experience/Education Required:

1.College Degree or above, major in Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation or electronics,Industrial engineering is preferred

大专及以上学历,机械设计制造及其自动化,电子专业,工业工程专业优先

2.Minimum of 4 years of experience in an aerospace cable assembly manufacturing engineering environment required

至少4年以上航空线束产品制造工程相关经验.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, including customers is a must
