We have a position for an engineer with product development experience to assist the development of a newline of digital security products. You should have valuable experience to hardware development. You should have experience with structural engineers on PCBA fitting and sizing issues and you should also have experience working together with software engineers on firmware debugging issues.

Job responsibilities:

1. Manage the development of multiple digital video products, mostly security applications.

2. Ensure product meets client pricing and functional requirements

3. Understand and work together with suppliers to solve technical problems that arise during product development

4. Be an expert resource to our staff and to our client with regard to electronics products

5. Follow up and report daily on product development progress

6. Going to tooling factories to evaluate trial mold quality.

7. Assembling and disassembling development-stage product multiple times in order to create efficient trial production assembly SOP.

8. Work with assembler's engineers (or client's engineers) to prepare soldering SOP.

9. Monitor SOP execution during TP and MP.

10. Manage SOP revisions and defect avoidance

Skills & Experiences required:
需要的技能&经验：
1 2-3 years experience working in a product development team as a hardware engineer or team leader
有2-3年产品开发经验的硬件工程师，或者团队主管
2 Experience in working under tight deadlines or in managing the work delivered by others
有在紧张规定期限下完成工作或管理其他人交付的工作的经验。
3 Experience using project management and organizational tools
有使用项目管理和组织工具的经验.
4 Electrical engineering background is required; experience with tooling is a plus.
必须有电子工程经验，有模具制造经验者优先。
5 Experience in designing the digital video products is preferred.
有在数码影视产品设计经验者优先
6 Experience working with a foreign company is a plus

7 Good English reading skills required; good written skills a plus but not required.
