You will be reporting to the National Key Account Manager, and the successful candidate will lead the fast-growing Mini Channel including Watsons, Mannings & Sephora. As we are looking for a 'game-changer', there will be a specific focus on identifying and developing customer strategies and plans, and to drive & explore sales potential of key accounts—so if you have ideas, we want to hear them! Here's the list of responsibilities which you'll be accountable for:

• Embrace the challenge target, revenue and margin target delivery
• Develop Mini Channel group strategy and growth plan for each account
• JBP (including the sales target, distribution and display, new product listing, annual promotion plan, etc.
• Annual contract optimization
• Build up strategic partnership with accounts
• Define new opportunities based on the understanding of account and brands
• Lead the improvement of commercial plan based on prompt data analysis
• Quarterly/monthly commercial plan design and execution
• Monitor the sales trends and identify best practices in daily operation to improve account management level with regular business review
• Trade spending management

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?

We'll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• University degree or above
• Minimum 12 years KA sales experience and with Mini channel experiences a must, with 3-5 years in a managerial capacity
• Brand and marketing knowledge
• Relationship-building and influencing skills, including conflict management
• Result-driven, good at problem solving & strategic thinking with functional knowledge of data analysis
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Be decisive - thinking big and taking risks is being decisive
• Do it together - humble enough to roll up the sleeves and pitch in, win and lose together
