岗位职责：

1、根据公司发展需要，制定公司流程管理制度，确保公司的流程运作结果与组织目标匹配。

2、编制查核计划，定期组织对各业务模块的运作流程执行情况进行检查。结合日常工作中主动收集到各环节执行人员的反馈意见，对于未及时按流程执行、流程操作或审批重复、流程中断缺乏具体负责人、流程存在漏洞和管控风险等情况，及时组织相关部门进行讨论，提出改善方案交管理层评审优化。

3、定期组织对公司关键运作流程进行分析，对流程的运作质量与效率进行测评，组织相关部门持续进行流程简化及优化的实施。

4、根据公司组织架构的设置，结合流程分析结果，编制各部门日常工作审批权限文件，并根据架构的修订定期组织各项审批权限的评审，确保各项审批流程在风险控制及运作效率中达到平衡。 

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，有电池行业工作经验优先。

2、具备3年以上中型以上企业流程建设、优化、审计及推动工作经历；

3、精通业务流程框架体系的搭建，具备一定的流程建设和流程变革项目管理能力；

4、具备管理创新思维，逻辑思维强，沟通能力好，抗压能力强；
