The position as CSR and QA Specialist is a unique position for the ambitious young professional who is looking for an interesting job with great development potential.

Required Skills    

• Fluent in Chinese and English, both in oral and written
• College degree
• Experience with CSR (or if fresh graduate interest in CSR)
• Basic IT proficiency
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acute eye for detail and systemic approach is a prerequisite for this position
• Independent and self-motivated with a high energy level and positive attitude
• The ability to be proactive and explore new untraditional ways to solving problems
• Strong social skills and ability to be a team player 

• CAP follow up with factories
• Maintain web-based CMS systems relating to CAPs and documentation related to traceability of full supply chain (this is an office position)
• Follow up with documentation requirements relating to FSC, EUTR, REACH etc.
• Engage in meetings with European colleagues regarding CSR
• Consult and assist factories with matters relating to CSR
• Travel to suppliers and evaluate their facilities and CSR performance (2-3 times per month)
• Assist in further developing our best in class CSR and QA systems
• Aligning CSR and QA systems across all Westpack locations
