职位描述
The HR Co-ordinator is responsible for the provision of administrative and coordination support services to CHEP China. The position holder processes payroll and compensation related documentation and undertakes administrative tasks to support the business.
Major/Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for local issues and processes related with payroll, social insurance, housing fund, individual tax, MyShare, residence permit etc
- Processes sales incentives, short-term incentives, merit increase and recognition plans execution
- Organizes employee benefit items such as annual medical check, holiday coupon etc
- Generates regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboard, provide documents for audit and data analysis as required
- Performs transactional work and data entry as required while maintaining data, personal files and system integrity
- Track employee inquiries and provides system navigation support
- Administers employee probations, contract renewal and terminations
- Actively contributes to continuous improvement processes by reviewing and improving core HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide all-round support to HR projects, events and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, management or human resources major desirable
College English Test Band 6 or above
Experience:
Previous work experience as Human Resources generalist with focus on payroll and C&B desirable, knowledge and involvement in stock desirable
Familiar with HR systems, HR operation and administration work
Experienced in projects coordination
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong organisational skills, administrative skills and high attention to detail
Experience interacting with employees at all levels
Customer service focus
Detail oriented with ability to multitask
Proactive with can-do attitude, has passion in HR transaction work and willing to take responsibility to make things happen,
Learning on the fly, adapt to new skills, technology and changes
Down to earth and patient
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel and power point
High level written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with China labour law and regulations
