POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager that shows solid technical direct sales and distributor management experience, strong leadership skills and most importantly the true intention to grow with a striving company on a long term basis and take over greater responsibility in the future.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing new customers who will benefit from the company′s products and services in the designated region.
- Management and continuous improvement of relationships to key account customers.
- Maintenance and expansion of the distributor network, establishing long-term relationships.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements and needs.
- Travelling to visit potential customers in all China.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Persuading clients that a high quality product and service will best satisfy their needs.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Highly independent and transparent to management of mother company at the same time.
- Fluent English speaking and writing ability that enables to report to the headquarters, negotiate terms and conditions with customers and liaise with key accounts on a daily basis without any problems.
- Solid sales experience and achievements of sophisticated technical products in both a direct and distributor model.
- University degree in a technical discipline.
- A full driving license.
