TEAM STRUCTURE:

The Job holder reports to Head of Logistics ? Supply Chain, works with Merchandising and logistics teams and cross-function teams.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:

l  SAP input for Goods Receipt & Goods Issue processing

l  Issue AR invoice with timely manner

l  Plan and execute QA activities

l  Documents filing

l  Handle any ad-hoc tasks if needed

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The position needs to work in DG office. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

l  College or above, majoring in logistics management, international trade etc.

l  Good command of English (reading and written)

l  Sound skill in office software and experience in ERP system

l  Have above 1year' working experience in similar position of multi-national company

l  Being capable of working under pressure to meet group reporting deadline

职位要求:

l  大专以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易等专业。

l  良好的英语读写能力

l  熟练使用办公软件；

l  熟悉ERP系统更佳；

l  在跨国公司类似职位有1年以上工作经验

l  能够在压力下工作，完成团队报告
