Job Responsibility:

1. Assist in formulating, improving and organizing the implementation of relevant rules and regulations and work procedures of human resource and administration management
2. Supervise employees' attendance, review and go through the leave application procedures;
3. Handle the procedures of on/off boarding, probation management，promotion adjustment;
4. Lead the office vibe survey and follow up the improvement project;
5. Organize and implement culture project and team building activities;
6. In charge of orientation and assist the implementation of staff training;
7. Assist in review work contract and handbook and handling labor disputes;
8. Assist to administration daily work and improvement projects;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement:

1. College or university degree, major in human resources or administration.
2. 2+ years working experience in HR area.
3. Enthusiastic, proactive and service-oriented.
4. Good coordination skills, communication skills and time management awareness, able to complete tasks efficiently.
5. Proficient in Office software.
6. Good English Skills in reading, writing and speaking.
