Responsibilities:

  

 

  

• Support supervisor in managing the execution of relationship (MKT team and BD team in cross-city).

• As a back-up to supervisor on supervising the local CRM campaign, to make sure smooth communication of the campaign mechanics, timeline, reporting and workload with BD and other function.

• Analyze data on customer performance, identify gaps for penetration opportunities, support supervisor make action and execute with BD team.

• Generate regular weekly & monthly report to track V&R performance

• Analyze business performance and assist supervisor to manage the business planning process.

• Manage and monitor the execution for plan initiatives. Work closely with BD on customer feedback collection.

• Take responsibility of some team admin work.

              

Recommended background:

  

• Strong data analysis skills and proficient knowledge on marketing

• Degree holder in Marketing and relevant discipline

• With minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in multinational corporation

• Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English as well as Chinese

• Good Interpersonal and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other database applications.
