Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results every day.

    

Job responsibilities

    

• Ensure continuous support for SF Express-DHL’s business growth by leveraging DHL’s resource. Growth includes new business from new customers, new business from existing customers and renewals
• Act as a connecting point between various DHL-related entities.
• Engage DHL internal channels (e.g. business development, commercial) to refer and develop new China /Hong Kong /Macau supply chain opportunities
• Support customer development, by representing DHL and working jointly with key stakeholders on supply chain / contract logistics services including but not limited to Key Account Management, Customer relationship development, Performance management, Customer BRM/QBR reviews and Pipeline management
• Work closely with the SF Express-DHL Business Development and Account team in identifying opportunities
• Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities throughout the customer organization
• Develop pro-active business retention and growth plans that protect/enhance top-line and are aligned with SF Express-DHL strategies

    

Job requirements

    

• Extensive knowledge of the Supply Chain / Contract Logistics business
• Knowledge of Customer fronting role – Sales, Business Development, Account/Program Management
• Regional knowledge in multi-country/network solutions
