岗位职责：    

1.  负责教学计划的制定，班量化考核，学生及多元化评价工作，并及时公布各项评比结果；    

2.  负责研发新的课堂教学手段和方法，检查课堂教学是否规范合理，将巡查结果及时通报，提出课堂改进意见；    

3.  定期组织开展每学期开学初、期中、期末教学检查工作；    

4.  负责学籍档案的规范化管理。   

任职条件：    

1.专科及以上学历，教育学类等相关专业；    

2.热爱教育事业，普通话标准，个性开朗，亲和力强；   

3.熟悉教务工作，掌握相关知识，能熟练运用各类办公软件；
