Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with US and related local peers to conduct NPI on a timely manner.

2. Process daily enquiries as per SLA, collect all related product information needed, review & analyze vendors’ quote to make decision independently how to quote US.

3. Negotiate with vendors on price, lead time, cost down, terms & conditions etc. on behalf of P3.

4. Maintain good relationship with current vendors, develop potential vendors proactively.

5. Responsible for the fulfillment of all his/her orders, such as: Artwork confirmation, PP Sample, push tight lead time, fix problems occurred in mass production or quality inspection, prepare all necessary paperwork for payment, identify and escalate potential risks timely and proactively to avoid or minimize the impacts etc. 

6. Attend weekly meetings to update the status of his/her projects and orders to related parties, provide information to Logistics Team for Loading timely as requested.

7. Assist on product quality inspection when needed.

8. Other work assigned by managers.

                      

Qualifications:

1. College graduated or above, major in Supply Chain Management, International Trading or related disciplines.

2. Good command of written English is a must, fluent oral English will be definitely an advantage.

3. 2+ years related experience in sourcing and procurement area.  

4. Experiences in packaging industry.   

5. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong project managements, PMP certificate is preferred.

7. Problem solving and decision-making skills.

8. Able to travel occasionally.
