In this position, you will be responsible for storage/server product design base on X86, ARM or Power platforms, which including such as Intel CPU & chipset and Broadcom & Microsemi SAS controller / expander. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead and drive the end to end execution from product specification to design implementation, validation and all the way to production. Release qualified and flawless product design to manufacturing;

- Co-work with design platform teams: Software, SI, Layout, Mechanical and Thermal.

- Bring-up and debug on the designed prototype. Lead issue debug and troubleshooting

- 初启设计原型并进行调试，带领调试和故障排除的工作；

- CPLD coding for a board’s power sequence & GPIO control

- 对电路板的电源时序和GPIO控制的CPLD编码；

- Review NPI test plan and test report. Contribute to NPI to MP transition.

- 审查NPI测试计划和测试报告， 为NPI向MP过渡提供帮助。

任职要求：

- BS or Master degree in computer science/Electrical/Electronics. 

- 计算机科学/电气/电子学本科学士或硕士学位；

- A minimum of 5+ year hands on EE and system architect design experience, better on enterprise product development (e.g. server, storage, networking);

- 至少5年以上的EE和系统架构师设计经验，参与过企业产品开发者优先（例如服务器，存储器，网络产品）；

- Experience on intel x86 platform design;

- 有使用英特尔 x86平台设计的经验；

- Strong debugging and testing skills;

- 优秀的调试和测试技能；

- Good English read, write and conversation skills. CET4 is a plus

- 良好的英语阅读，写作和会话技巧，通过 CET4者优先；

- Excellent communication skills. must have team work spirit

- 突出的团队交流技巧， 必须具备团队合作精神。
