Primary Responsibilities:

*Supplier management and negotiation.

*Responsible for commodity KPI such as TDR, AP, SMI, Incentive, TCOO, MVP and others.

*Suppler base development particularly for thermal/heatsink commodities.

*Execute commodity strategy.

*Establish cost structure/cost model.

*Quarterly negotiation and QBR activities.

*Commodity market reaserch.

*Reporting related to MOR.

Education / Experience Required:

*At least 5 years of working experience in EMS/JDM business environment;

*At least bachelor degree;

*English CET-4 or above, good written and spoken.

*Familiar with email, SAP, MS office, PPT...

*Familiar with thermal/heatsink or mechanical commodity in terms of supply base, manufacturing process and technology.

*Good data analysis skill.

*Good mindset of cost and business terms

*Good communication and negotiation skills, good team work.
