Responsibilities

·       Responsible for annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast

·       Closely work with GBS to complete monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and reporting

·       Prepare for actual P&L review and bridge the variance between the actuals and the forecast

·       Prepare monthly forecast deck for leadership review

·       Prepare customers P&L and review with individual CFT leader

·       Responsible for sales analysis and IFRS 15 adjustment

·       Partner with Operations on the cost saving projects review and ensure the cost productivity on track

·       Conduct a deep dive on individual cost elements and drive cost productivity

·       Partner with various parties to improve forecasting efficiency and accuracy

·       Support the external and internal auditors on statutory audit and SOX audit

Experience and Qualification

·       5 years working experience in manufacturing. EMS industry experience is preferable

·       At least 3 years working in FP&A role

·       Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill

·       Familiar with SAP

·       Familiar with IFRS and China GAAP

·       Good communication skill and team work spirit

·       Good English writing and speaking

·       Able to work under a tight schedule and pressure
