岗位职责：

1. Can able work with customers for the test solution study and analysis as well as implementation
2. Responsible NPI and ECO/Deviation implementation and entire test related problem handling
3. Communication with customers for product test design issues and RMA follow up
4. Publish test instruction and training material for technician and test operator
5. Responsible daily tester performance sustaining tester setup and verify
6. Test data analysis and test yield monitoring.
