Job Duties:

• Create sample tracking report, and update daily for the following:

• Gather material consolidation, samples, and photos for launching new development packages with factories

• Ensure the latest information update on PLM system and Vendor has the latest update to follow up.

• Tracking marker sample sent from design.

• Unpack and check in development samples and materials that are received daily

• Coordinate all Salesman Samples to be photographed

• Manage, track, monitor and report on orders from factory allocation to timely delivery of product

• Prepare samples and Spec print outs for all Product Review

• Create seasonal development binders, and organize sample materials and trials with proper labeling

• Manage Confirmation Material Library for leathers and trims, and keep organized.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• College degree or above;

• At least 5 years' related working experience in footwear industry;

• Good communication skills to deal with vendors and counterparts;

• Good command of English/Chinese and computer skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
