HR & Finance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
o Setup, maintain and implement standard employment procedure, optimize and implement offering, hiring and terminations procedure and to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations
o Maintain each Job Description
o Search for different recruitment channels, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on needs
o Use ''Select for Success'' principle to conduct candidate screening, interview, and submit to management for final interview
o Communicate effectively with management to offer reasonable compensation and benefit to final candidate
o Establish and implement Employee Termination procedure, conduct exit interview and exit analysis so to provide suggestion to reduce turn over rate
o Conduct payroll, benefit calculation based on company policy and local law.
o Pay social insurance & housing fund ontime to related government authority
o Employee HR record/labor contract proper filing and renewal, expat working visa management
o Office stationary/drinking water management
o Office staff activity organizer
o Employee vacation or leave record management
o Daily cash and expense compensation management based on approved voucher
o Control of blank check and company chop.
o Provide accounting assistance when accountant is busy.
Key Requirements
? Excellent negotiation & communication skill and well organized.
? Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
? Multi-tasking.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Good computer skills, especially Excel.
? College or university graduation
? At least 3 years related experience
