Job Description

maintain quality policies that ensure compliance at the lowest possible cost
manage and execute quality programs that lead to improvements in quality,costs and overall efficiency.
ensure same high quality standards both internally and externally and minimize defects and failures.
review external complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate quality policies and standards basis.
introduction of new quality control technologies.
counsel regarding the implementation of quality control strategies, measurements, training and communication.
advise management on the overall quality standard of products.
lead, coordinate, train and coach quality a team of specialists.
maintain all quality department's equipment and documents to keep them always present and in excelent working function.
Job Qulification

colledge degree, machanical and quality management major is a advantadge.
at manimum 5 years working experience as quality manager in muti-national company, also rich experience to work in diverse culture is definitly advantadge.
has good knowledge and understanding about manufacture quality control, has strong perspective to provide quality control solution through working together with production.
righ experience of system building up, like ISO 19001 and others, also stong willing to push quality projects.
good interpersonal communication and leadship to push quality team work in efficiency, also good cooperation with other function departments.
