Job Description

- Responsible for the Lean Business Unit through-out the operating countries

- Ability to design metrics and capture savings results with the assistance of factory finance / accounting teams to demonstrate clear bottom line profit results

- Strategic Planning: staffing & training

- Ability to penetrate new markets and convince customers to buy Impactiva’s LEAN business model

- Must be capable of learning & understanding Impactiva’s working processes and procedures

- Lean Process & Procedures: assist R & D to create Lean Process & Procedures, Forms & Standard Documents

- Ensure that all of his/her Project Team Members are precisely following Impactiva’s Lean P&P

- Teach-Coach-Mentor all Project Team Members (including Customer Representatives) on implementing Lean Systems at Customer sites successfully, achieving the targeted results and maintaining consistency

- Project Objectives: set the objectives to achieve the Customer goals for each project

- Results: ensure pre-defined Key Performance Indicators for individual lean projects are achieved

- Responsible for maintaining good working relations with all Customers and fellow Team Members

- Participate in
?Leadership meetings
?Leadership training courses

- Expected to suggest ways on how to broaden the depth/breadth of Impactiva’s service offering


EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 15 years overall experience with 10 years experience in lean manufacturing system at major multi-nationals

- Minimum of 5 years experience as Business Leader or Department Leader on heading-up various lean assignments end-to-end independently with proven results (i.e. defining the objectives based on customer goals, road map, execution, results of each mile stone, review after each mile stone is reached & handing-over)

- Experience in managing/leading/coaching a team of engineers, supervisors & technical experts on lean and monitoring the execution of lean system via well defined KPIs

- Experience in designing/maintaining a system by which the lean is executed, measured and controlled successfully

- Must be willing to provide a proven result oriented track record of Lean Project accomplishments that can be verified by the finance team


Skills

- Very good written and spoken English

- Ability to communicate effectively and sell a service

- Excellent computer skills: e-mail, word, excel


Education

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (any discipline)
