任职要求： 1.做过3年以上的生产经理 2.精通英语交流 3.熟悉ERP系统和EXCEL技能 工作职责： 1. Organize the production schedules with the PMC hand in hand 2. Dealing with the basics of production division needs: maintain production capacity according to the standard time, balance bottle necks, balance all lines workers with co-production manager, DOT, product completion in the company systems. 3. Balance the clerks work – material issue (MI), material return (MR), product completion (PC) 4. Work tightly with the PMC, WH and engineering. 5. Regulate inventory management - Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production 1 day stock in all lines. 6. Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals (KPI), timelines, etc. and work as a team to solve issues in order to keep balanced and steady timeline with no delays. 7. Make sure all the system document accurate according the procedure. 8. track and makes a record of the manufacturing process flows according to our methodology 9. Optimum utilization of resources and production process 10. Ensure a smooth flow of all production processes 11. Ensure production cost savings thereby improving the bottom line 12. Control wastage of resources 13. maintain standard of quality through the production life cycle of all personnel
