Responsibilities:
Coordinate between foreign product managers and local
subcontractors
Manage and initiate Cost Reduction
Projects
Follow the stages from product development to mass
production
Follow schedules and execute them with the
subcontractors
Coordinate with R&D, QC, Production, Engineering and
Logistics departments
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Being able to handle multi-tasks in parallel
Technical background in the toys industry
Engineering degree
fluent in English and Chinese
minimum 5 years working experience with international customers /
staff
