l  Be responsible for the pass-through rate of cable production process, participate in the improvement activities of safety, quality, efficiency and loss related objectives

负责电线生产过程的直通率，参与安全，品质，效率、损耗相关目标改善的活动

l  Participate in and lead the continuous improvement of cable production, improve production efficiency, including fixture design, equipment improvement, process optimization, new process introduction.

参与并主导电线生产精益持续改善，提高生产效率，包括治具的设计，设备的改进，制程的优化，新工艺的引进.

l  Responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of production line staff, team leaders and supervisors

负责支持生产线员工，组长及主管进行持续改善。

l  Formulate and improve SOP, FC, PFMEA to better promote the smooth progress of cable manufacturing

制定并改进作业指导书，流程图，PFMEA，使能够更好的促进电线生产的顺利进行。

l  Participate in cross department level meetings related to the process

参加与制程相关的跨部门层级会议

l  Handle production exceptions. When production stops, give full support, respond quickly, and provide solutions in time. When the risk of problems increases, take the initiative to upgrade immediately

处理生产异常，当生产发生停拉的时，全力支持，快速发应，及时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理。

l  Support to participate in Kaizen activities related to process, or all other activities related to problem solving and continuous improvement

支持参与和制程相关的Kaizen活动，或者其它所有关于问题解决和持续改善的活动

l  Identify and actively report production safety risks, and communicate potential risks with the production team leader or supervisor in a timely manner

识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与生产组长或者主管沟通潜在风险。

l  Provide technical guidance and training to cable department staff, and be able to carry out assessment

对电线部员工进行电线方面的技术指导和培训，并能够开展考核

l  Solve the quality and technical problems of cable production on site

解决有关电线的现场生产质量及技术问题

l  Independently participate in the trial production of new products, decide on the standard of trial production, estimate the production time and be able to do a good job of quality control in advance, and remind the quality precautions during the production process and testing

独立参与新产品试产,决定试作制成作业标准,预估生产工时及能做好预先品管,提醒生产过程及检测时的品质注意事项

l  Be able to evaluate whether the cable equipment meets the needs of some new products

能够评估电线设备是否满足部分新产品的需要。

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

l  Good data analysis ability    

良好的数据分析能力 

l  Good communication skills and cooperation spirit

良好的沟通能力和合作精神

l  Experience in cable manufacturing equipment operation

有电缆制造设备操作经验

l  New product development, quality control, production process improvement and production equipment innovation capabilities

新产品开发、质量控制、生产工艺改进和生产设备创新能力

l  More than 5 years of cable technology and production experience

超过5年的电缆技术和生产经验

l  Able to analyze and deal with various technical problems in production

能够分析和处理生产中的各种技术问题

l  Able to prepare cable technology documents （SOP ,FC,PFMEA) and organize implementation and improvement

能够编制电缆技术文件（SOP、FC、PFMEA）并组织实施和改进

l  Familiar with cable structure and design

熟悉电缆结构和设计

l  Have some experience in wire rod research and development

有线材研发经验

l  College degree or above, cable major is preferred

大专以上学历，电缆专业优先

l  Have a certain foundation in English, can speak and write best
