ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a leading MNC headquartered in USA and specialized in the bioactives industry, creating natural, bioactive-based health solutions aimed at improving human health.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Chongqing, China
Reporting to:
Plant Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Locate and set up new vendors as needed
+ Create and schedule product production
+ Responsible for purchasing and planning
+ Be responsible for initiating shipments from MRP system to fulfill inventory
+ Be responsible for Supply Management
+ Prepare production reports
+ Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment
+ Create and maintain Bills of Material system
+ Analyzes forecast to actual reports to respond to spikes in demand
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5 to 7 years of purchasing/planning experience or equivalency
+ Knowledge of MRP and/or DRP
+ APICS or NAPM certification preferred as well as experience with ORACLE Software
+ Knowledge of MRP and/or DRP.
+ APICS or NAPM certification preferred Experience with ORACLE Software
+ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
