职位描述
Position Description:
? Design manufacturing processes for aerospace products in thermal spray, grinding, super finishing and FPI.
? Maintain the status of all development activities and appropriately communicate with internal and external customers
? Ensure a thorough and effective transition of new products and process into production
? Develop process planning, incorporate customer requirements and coordinating reviews with quality and production personnel
? Develop and maintain the accuracy production work instructions.
? Troubleshoot process and/or product problems using root cause analysis
? Develop process/machine improvement utilizing low cost automation like hydraulic/pneumatic actuator system, AC/DC motor with PLC control, various sensors.
? Analyze manufacturing cost, delivery and quality, and develop better way to manufacture
Position Requirements & Education:
BS or Master degree in materials or mechanical engineering.
Competency Requirements:
? Experience in application of thermal spray coatings including support of associated engineering projects.
? Mechanical/Fixture Design
? Technical Writing
? Robotic and/or Automation Experience
? Strong 3D Modeling and Detail Drafting experience
? Strong aerospace quality discipline and understanding (AS9100, NADCAP)
? Lean and 6 sigma certification is preferable.
