行政专员/助理- 江苏常州
English Speaking Administrator – based in Changzhou (Jiangsu Province)

Responsibilities
- General administrate management: documents, maintenance of contact, stationery, organization of customer gifts, video conference arrangement etc.
- Providing efficient administrative support to GM to ensure various business activities
- Dealing with different aspects of the organization (hiring of employees, dealing with administrative matters…) as well as in its internal operation (meetings, reporting, follow-up, coordination with the rest of the sales and production team…)
- Assist the management with their daily business activities, meeting arrangement, business travel arrangement (booking tickets and hotels etc.)
- Assist in whatever activities are needed to promote the business, including but not limited to marketing, pre-sales activities, as well as negotiating with third parties at any needed moment (agents, contacts, financial institutions…)

Requirements
- College degree or above, Administration and other related field preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in administration position for a factory, preferably with working experience as secretary or assistant
- Working experience for an European or a German company is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English, German language skill is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and strong organization skills
- Ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet
- Friendly, service-oriented, dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
