总经理- 江苏常州
General Manager China – based in Changzhou (Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities
? General management for the factory (sales and production) in Changzhou
? Ensuring the implementation of the yearly budget on the basis of objectives defined in cooperation with the HQ in Germany, with a view to achieving production, quality, service and profit objectives agreed
? Responsible for production plans and the production with a view to achieving quality, cost and service defined in the budget
? Implementation of growth strategy for China
? Develop new customers and new projects in China
? Improving the customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relations
? Report to the Board of Directors in HQs and keep close contact with the HQs
Requirements
? University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
? Experience in managing a production and sales company/plant in China with more than two hundreds factory workers in machines, mechanical parts or related industries
? Management experience as General Manager or similar position
? At least 5 years of successful records in Sales and/or General Management
? Working experience for international companies, especially European/German company.
? Fluent English and Chinese
? Excellent management and communication skills
? Self-motivated and competent leader, team player and highly customer-orientated
